Delete your CVBanao account

Delete it in the app (fastest)

Open CVBanao and sign in.
On the Home screen, tap the Account icon (the person in a circle, top right).
Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

This happens straight away.

No longer have the app?

Send an email to support@cvbanao.in with the subject Delete my CVBanao account. Write from the same email address you signed in with, so we know it is you. We will delete your account and reply to confirm, normally within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile (name and email).
Your saved details and all your resumes.
Your sign-in with CVBanao.
Any credits you have left. Deleting cannot be undone.

What we keep

The credits history and payment records, without your name or email, because money records must be kept.
A random phone marker, so that deleting and signing up again cannot earn the welcome gift twice.

Resumes you already downloaded stay on your phone or wherever you shared them. To stop CVBanao seeing your Google account details, you can also remove CVBanao under your Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps and services.
