1. About these terms

By using the CVBanao app you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. CVBanao is run from India ("CVBanao", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. You sign in with a Google account, and you are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Your resumes and details

• What you type in is yours. You give us permission to store it, back it up and process it only so that we can run the app for you.
• You are responsible for making sure it is true and that you have the right to use it. Do not put in anything unlawful or anyone else's private information.
• We make a resume from what you enter. We do not promise that a resume will get you an interview or a job.

4. Passes, the free trial and credits

• Free and premium designs. Looking at any design is always free. Free designs can be downloaded as often as you like. Premium designs need a pass or your free trial to download.
• Passes. A pass lets you download every design, as many times as you like, for a set time (for example 1, 3, 7 or 30 days). You can buy a pass through Google Play. A pass bought while another is running starts when the first one ends. A pass has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Free trial. When you finish your first resume, you unlock a free trial of 5 premium downloads in one day. It starts with your first premium download and ends after 5 downloads or one day, whichever comes first. Each premium download counts once. The trial is given once per person and per phone.
• Credits. You can earn credits by watching a short rewarded ad (always your choice) or by inviting friends. Credits can be turned into a pass, except the longest one, which can only be bought with money. Credits have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and are tied to your account. Right now each finished ad gives 5 credits, up to 3 ads a day. We may change these numbers; changes apply to the future, not to what you already have.
• Expiry. We do not expire credits today. If that ever changes, we will tell you in the app at least 30 days before. A pass ends at the time it shows in the app.

5. Payments and refunds

Passes are paid through Google Play, so Google's payment terms and refund rules apply, and Google decides refund requests made through Play. If Google refunds a purchase, we take back the pass time that purchase gave, and time you have already used stays used. If we make a mistake with your pass, credits or payment, write to us at support@cvbanao.in and we will put it right.

6. Fair use

Please do not:

• use bots, scripts, emulators, fake accounts or any trick to earn credits, ad rewards or the free trial;
• copy, attack, or try to get into our servers or other people's accounts;
• use CVBanao for anything unlawful.

If we find misuse, we may remove the credits or pass time it earned, suspend the account, or close it.

7. The service

We work to keep CVBanao running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. The app and its designs belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them to make your own resumes.

8. Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as a lost job opportunity. Our total responsibility for any claim about the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.

9. Closing your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time (see how to delete your account). Unused credits and any remaining pass time are lost when you delete your account. We may close accounts that break these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app. Using the app after that means you accept the new terms.
